Problem Statement

In today's world almost every market has medicine sections which are huge and full of supplements, medicines. Users have it hard when it comes to find the correct product for themselves without any professional help. They need easy access to product info and how to use instructions to find the best product in shorter time.

User Scenario

Andrea's older sister and her family were invited to have BBQ party in their yard. Andrea's husband Edward and their guests played soccer in the yard after BBQ. But next day Edward felt a pain on his leg which was limiting his movements. Andrea went to CVS to find a medicine to reduce his pains. But it was hard to find instructions on the medicine packages for all relevant medicines. They were all written for the policy and even was really hard to read. In the medicine section she saw a promotion. There is an app that users can check the information on their phone only by showing the product to the camera instead of searching to find it. And if the user downloads the app he/she receives 10% off at first purchase. Andrea downloaded the DoctAR app, got the promo code and she started discovering the app. She saw an ointment called 'Capsaicin' in pain relief section and thought it can be good for her husband but wanted to have more information. She opened the app showed the product to the camera and reached the instructions virtually. It was easy to read and get guided with DoctAR.
